Building tours and property inspections occur on a regular basis with an attention to detail which bodes well for all of our customers and clients. Our bid process for maintenance contracts also helps to reduce costs while maintaining a high level of service.

Matt Cockman
As Property Manager, Matthew Cockman is in charge of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all properties for ACCESS Medical Development. He handles tenant relations and is the direct line of communication for all of ACCESS’ tenants. He coordinates and manages subcontractors on a daily basis in order to efficiently operate all properties.
Prior to joining ACCESS, Matt was a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a BA in Geography. Following graduation, he attended the JY Monk Real Estate School in Raleigh to obtain his Provisional Broker’s License and is currently in the process of becoming a full broker in North Carolina.
Matt recently married in April of 2007 and enjoys traveling to Topsail Beach with his wife and spending time with his family. He enjoys watching and participating in just about any competitive sport, as well as fishing, water sports, and snow skiing
